🔁 Return & Refund Policy


📦 Damaged Products
•     Full refund or replacement for items that arrive damaged.
•     Claims must be made within 30 days of delivery.
•     Photo or video evidence is required for approval.
•     No need to return the product in most cases.


Incorrect or Missing Items
•     If the wrong item was shipped or something is missing, we issue a full refund or        replacement.
•     Claims must include photo or video proof.


🚚 Lost or Delayed Orders
•     If an order is in transit, pending, or expired beyond:
•     45 days for U.S. orders
•     60 days for most other countries
•     110 days for Brazil
We will refund or resend the item at your expense.


📬 Delivered but Not Received
•     If tracking shows “delivered” but the customer didn’t receive it, We require a non-delivery certification from the local post office to process a refund or replacement.


🛑 Order Cancellations
•     Orders can be canceled before they’re processed and shipped.
•     Exceptions: Print-on-demand (POD) and preorder inventory orders cannot be canceled after payment.
